Article R431-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The residence permit shall be drawn up in accordance with a model conforming to the model provided for in Council Regulation (EC) No 1030/2002 of 13 June 2002 laying down a uniform format for residence permits for third-country nationals and its annex, as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No 380/2008 of 18 April 2008.
It includes the information listed in A of II of the annex 3 to this code, and an electronic component containing the personal data listed in A of III of the same annex.

Article R431-1

Le titre de séjour est établi selon un modèle conforme au modèle prévu par le règlement (CE) n° 1030/2002 du Conseil du 13 juin 2002 établissant un modèle uniforme de titre de séjour pour les ressortissants de pays tiers et son annexe, modifié par le règlement (CE) n° 380/2008 du Conseil du 18 avril 2008.
Il comporte les mentions énumérées au A du II de l’annexe 3 au présent code, et un composant électronique contenant les données à caractère personnel énumérées au A du III de la même annexe.
