Article R4311-52 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 4112-1 to R. 4112-6-1 apply to nurses, with the exception of 3° of article R. 4112-1, which is replaced by the following provisions:

3° A copy, accompanied, where applicable, by a translation, made by a translator approved by the French courts or authorised to act before the judicial or administrative authorities of a Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, of one of the diplomas, certificates, titles or authorisations required by articles L. 4311-3, L. 4311-4 or L. 4311-5.

Les articles R. 4112-1 à R. 4112-6-1 sont applicables aux infirmiers à l’exception du 3° de l’article R. 4112-1, remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

3° Une copie, accompagnée, le cas échéant, d’une traduction, faite par un traducteur agréé auprès des tribunaux français ou habilité à intervenir auprès des autorités judiciaires ou administratives d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, de l’un des diplômes, certificats, titres ou autorisations exigés par les articles L. 4311-3, L. 4311-4 ou L. 4311-5.
