The date of the elections to the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance is announced by the National Council under the same conditions as those laid down in article R. 4311-58.
Candidates shall make their candidacy known under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code.
In the four months following each renewal of the Regional Council, the latter shall at the same time elect all the full and alternate members of the college referred to in a of 1° and 2° ofarticle R. 4311-89 and renew half of the full and alternate members of the college referred to in b of 1° and 2° of article R. 4311-89. of the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance.
Voting takes place by secret ballot at the headquarters of the Regional Council. The count is public.
The election is won by a simple majority of the voting members present. Candidates are declared elected under the conditions defined in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code.
