Le pédicure-podologue ne doit jamais se départir d’une attitude correcte et attentive envers le patient et sa famille. Il doit respecter leur intimité et leur dignité. Il ne doit pas s’immiscer sans raison professionnelle dans les affaires personnelles ou familiales de son patient.
