Article R4323-1 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of articles R. 4112-1 to R. 4112-6-1 are applicable to masseur-physiotherapists and chiropodists, subject to the following adaptations:

1° For masseur-physiotherapists, 3° of article R. 4112-1 is replaced by the following provisions:

“3° A copy of one of the diplomas, certificates, titles or authorisations required by article L. 4321-3 or L. 4321-4. ”

2° For chiropodists, 3° of Article R. 4112-1 is replaced by the following provisions:

” 3° A copy of one of the diplomas, certificates, titles or authorisations required by article L. 4322-3 or L. 4322-4. “

Article R4323-1

Les dispositions des articles R. 4112-1 à R. 4112-6-1 sont applicables aux masseurs-kinésithérapeutes et aux pédicures-podologues, sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Pour les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes, le 3° de l’article R. 4112-1 est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

” 3° Une copie de l’un des diplômes, certificats, titres ou autorisations exigés par l’article L. 4321-3 ou L. 4321-4. ”

2° Pour les pédicures-podologues, le 3° de l’article R. 4112-1, est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

” 3° Une copie de l’un des diplômes, certificats, titres ou autorisations exigés par l’article L. 4322-3 ou L. 4322-4. “
