Article R4323-105 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall draw up instructions for use setting out the information mentioned in 1° and 2° of article R. 4323-104 in a comprehensible manner.
He shall make this instruction available to the members of the social and economic committee, together with documentation relating to the regulations applicable to the provision and use of personal protective equipment concerning the establishment’s workers.

Article R4323-105

L’employeur élabore une consigne d’utilisation reprenant de manière compréhensible les informations mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article R. 4323-104.
Il tient cette consigne à la disposition des membres du comité social et économique, ainsi qu’une documentation relative à la réglementation applicable à la mise à disposition et à l’utilisation des équipements de protection individuelle concernant les travailleurs de l’établissement.
