Article R4323-2 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 4113-4 to R. 4113-10, R. 4113-28 to R. 4113-33, R. 4113-109 to R. 4113-114, R. 4123-18 to R. 4123-21 and R. 4124-3 to R. 4124-3-9 are applicable to masseur-physiotherapists.

For the application of article R. 4124-3-5 to masseur-physiotherapists, 1°, 2° and 3° of II of article R. 4124-3-5 are replaced by the following provisions:

“For masseur-physiotherapists, the report is drawn up by three practising masseur-physiotherapists appointed as experts, the first by the person concerned, the second by the regional or inter-regional council and the third by the first two experts. The latter is chosen from among the teachers of physiotherapy. “

Les articles R. 4113-4 à R. 4113-10, R. 4113-28 à R. 4113-33, R. 4113-109 à R. 4113-114, R. 4123-18 à R. 4123-21 et R. 4124-3 à R. 4124-3-9 sont applicables aux masseurs-kinésithérapeutes.

Pour l’application de l’article R. 4124-3-5 aux masseurs-kinésithérapeutes, les 1°, 2° et 3° du II de l’article R. 4124-3-5 sont remplacés par les dispositions suivantes :

” Pour les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes, le rapport est établi par trois masseurs-kinésithérapeutes en exercice désignés comme experts, le premier par l’intéressé, le deuxième par le conseil régional ou interrégional et le troisième par les deux premiers experts. Ce dernier est choisi parmi les enseignants en masso-kinésithérapie. “
