Article R4323-26 of the French Labour Code

When periodic inspections are carried out by persons not belonging to the establishment, the reports drawn up following these inspections are appended to the safety register.
Failing this, precise details of the date of the inspections, the date of submission of the corresponding reports and their storage in the establishment are entered in the safety register.

Lorsque les vérifications périodiques sont réalisées par des personnes n’appartenant pas à l’établissement, les rapports établis à la suite de ces vérifications sont annexés au registre de sécurité.
A défaut, les indications précises relatives à la date des vérifications, à la date de remise des rapports correspondants et à leur archivage dans l’établissement sont portées sur le registre de sécurité.
