Article R4341-19 of the French Public Health Code

The profession of speech and language therapist may not be practised in premises or outbuildings of commercial premises.

The prohibition set out in the previous paragraph does not prevent the practice of this profession in premises belonging to a health, social or medico-social establishment or educational establishment, or in premises set up by a company for the care of its staff.

La profession d’orthophoniste ne peut s’exercer dans les locaux ou les dépendances des locaux commerciaux.

L’interdiction prévue à l’alinéa précédent ne fait pas obstacle à l’exercice de cette profession dans des locaux dépendant d’un établissement sanitaire, social ou médico-social ou d’éducation, ou dans des locaux aménagés par une entreprise pour les soins donnés à son personnel.
