Article R4351-2-1 of the French Public Health Code

The medical electroradiology manipulator is authorised to carry out, under the responsibility of the doctor referred to in article R. 4351-1, in application either of an individual medical prescription or of a written qualitative and quantitative protocol drawn up, dated and signed by this doctor beforehand, the following acts and activities:

1° In the field of medical imaging :

Performance of exploratory procedures not requiring the concomitant administration of medication, excluding ultrasound scans;

2° In the field of nuclear medicine:

a) Measurement and verification of the activity of radioactive compounds;

b) Measurement and verification of the activity prescribed by the doctor referred to in article R. 4351-1;

c) Carrying out exploratory procedures that do not require the concomitant administration of medication;

3° In the field of radiotherapy:

a) Preparing means of restraint and personalised covers;

b) Updating treatment traceability data;

4° In the field of functional explorations:

Carrying out electrophysiology and magnetophysiology explorations that do not require stimulation.

Article R4351-2-1

Le manipulateur d’électroradiologie médicale est habilité à réaliser, sous la responsabilité du médecin mentionné à l’article R. 4351-1, en application soit d’une prescription médicale individuelle, soit d’un protocole écrit, qualitatif et quantitatif, préalablement établi, daté et signé par ce médecin, les actes et activités suivants :

1° Dans le domaine de l’imagerie médicale :

Réalisation des actes d’exploration ne nécessitant pas l’administration concomitante de médicaments, à l’exclusion des échographies ;

2° Dans le domaine de la médecine nucléaire :

a) Mesure et vérification de l’activité des composés radioactifs ;

b) Mesure et vérification de l’activité prescrite par le médecin mentionné à l’article R. 4351-1 ;

c) Réalisation des actes d’exploration ne nécessitant pas l’administration concomitante de médicaments ;

3° Dans le domaine de la radiothérapie :

a) Confection des moyens de contention et des caches personnalisés ;

b) Mise à jour des éléments de traçabilité du traitement ;

4° Dans le domaine des explorations fonctionnelles :

Réalisation des explorations d’électrophysiologie et magnétophysiologie ne nécessitant pas de stimulation.
