Article R4351-28 of the French Public Health Code

The persons referred to in Article L. 4351-7 may only take part, under the conditions laid down in that Article and for the performance of the radiography examinations listed in Article R. 4351-29:

1° Installing the patient ;

2° Preparing the equipment needed to obtain the image;

3° adjusting and activating the equipment;

4° Collecting the image and processing it, limited, in the case of digital images, to adjusting the contrast density.

They may not take part in the administration of medicinal substances or contrast agents.

Article R4351-28

Les personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 4351-7 peuvent uniquement participer, dans les conditions prévues par cet article et pour l’exécution des examens de radiographie énumérés à l’article R. 4351-29 :

1° A l’installation du patient ;

2° A la préparation du matériel nécessaire à l’obtention de l’image ;

3° Au réglage et au déclenchement des appareils ;

4° Au recueil de l’image ainsi qu’à son traitement limité, en ce qui concerne l’image numérique, au réglage de la densité du contraste.

Elles ne peuvent participer à l’administration de substances médicamenteuses ou de produits de contraste.
