The issue of corrective ocular contact lenses by a spectacle optician to a person wearing them for the first time is subject to the presentation of a medical or orthoptic prescription stating the correction and the essential characteristics of these products, the list of which is set by order of the Minister for Health.
These prescriptions are valid for one year.
La délivrance de lentilles de contact oculaire correctrices par un opticien-lunetier à une personne qui en porte pour la première fois est subordonnée à la présentation d’une ordonnance médicale ou orthoptique comportant la correction et les caractéristiques essentielles de ces produits, dont la liste est fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
La durée de validité de ces ordonnances est fixée à un an.
