Article R441-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Reunion and Mayotte, the exercise by a foreign national of a salaried professional activity is authorised under the conditions defined by articles R. 5221-1 to R. 5221-48 of the Labour Code and, in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, under the conditions defined by articles R. 5523-3 to R. 5523-15 of the same code.

L’exercice par un étranger d’une activité professionnelle salariée est autorisé, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion et à Mayotte, dans les conditions définies par les articles R. 5221-1 à R. 5221-48 du code du travail et, à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, dans les conditions définies par les articles R. 5523-3 à R. 5523-15 du même code.
