Where the nature of the activity permits, the employer shall avoid the use of a biological agent which is dangerous to workers’ health, by replacing it with a biological agent which, taking into account the conditions of use and the state of knowledge, is not dangerous or is less dangerous.

Lorsque la nature de l’activité le permet, l’employeur évite l’utilisation d’un agent biologique dangereux pour la santé des travailleurs, en le remplaçant par un agent biologique qui, compte tenu des conditions d’emploi et de l’état des connaissances, n’est pas ou est moins dangereux.
