The employer shall provide written instructions and, where appropriate, posters in the workplace on the procedure to be followed:
1° In the event of an accident or serious incident involving a biological pathogen;
2° When handling any group 4 biological agent, in particular when disposing of it.

Article R4425-1

L’employeur fournit sur le lieu de travail des instructions écrites et, le cas échéant, des affiches portant sur la procédure à suivre :
1° En cas d’accident ou d’incident grave mettant en cause un agent biologique pathogène ;
2° Lors de la manipulation de tout agent biologique du groupe 4, notamment lors de son élimination.
