Where the results of the risk assessment reveal the existence of a risk to the health or safety of workers, the employer shall make the following information available to the workers concerned and to the Social and Economic Committee:
1° The activities in which workers are exposed to pathogenic biological agents, the procedures, work methods and corresponding protective and preventive measures and resources;
2° The number of workers exposed;
3° The name and address of the occupational physician;
4° The name of the person who, where applicable, is entrusted by the employer, and under his responsibility, with ensuring safety in the workplace in this respect;
5° An emergency plan for the protection of workers against exposure to group 3 or 4 biological agents in the event of failure of physical containment.
