Where damage to hearing is likely to result from exposure to noise in the workplace, the employer :
1° Review the risk assessment carried out in accordance with Chapter III accordingly;
2° Supplement or modify the measures planned to eliminate or reduce the risks in accordance with Chapters IV and V;
3° Take account of the occupational physician’s opinion when implementing any measure deemed necessary to eliminate or reduce the risks in accordance with Chapters IV and V, including the possible assignment of the worker to another position no longer involving a risk of exposure.
In this case, the occupational physician shall determine the relevance and nature of any examinations which may be necessary for other workers who have undergone similar exposure.
