L’assiette des émoluments proportionnels perçus par l’avocat pour la réalisation des prestations mentionnées à l’article R. 444-71 est constituée par l’intérêt du litige. Celui-ci est évalué selon des modalités précisées, en tant que de besoin, par l’arrêté fixant ces émoluments en application de l’article L. 444-3.
