I.-Each worker assigned to the first group mentioned in 1° of II of Article R. 4451-99:
1° Agrees to the assignment;
2° Has no medical contraindication to intervention in a radiological emergency situation;
3° Receives appropriate training on the health risks and precautions to be taken during intervention in a radiological emergency situation, renewed at least every three years.
Workers holding a fixed-term contract, temporary workers and workers holding a contract concluded for the duration of a worksite may not be assigned to the first group.
II.-Each worker assigned to the second group mentioned in 2° of II of Article R. 4451-99:
1° Has no medical contraindication to intervention in a radiological emergency situation;
2° Receives appropriate information on the health risks and precautions to be taken during intervention in a radiological emergency.
