Article R4451-109 of the French Labour Code

I.-Each worker who has been involved in a radiological emergency benefits from the reinforced individual monitoring measures applicable to category A workers provided for in Article R. 4451-82 for at least five years following the radiological emergency or during the period when the dose received remains above one of the limit values set in Article R. 4451-6.

II-The worker referred to in I may be assigned to work exposing him to ionising radiation under the conditions laid down in Article R. 4451-94.

I.-Chaque travailleur étant intervenu dans une situation d’urgence radiologique bénéficie des mesures de suivi individuel renforcé applicables aux travailleurs classés en catégorie A prévues à l’article R. 4451-82 pendant au moins cinq ans à l’issue de la situation d’urgence radiologique ou pendant la période où la dose reçue demeure supérieure à l’une des valeurs limites fixées à l’article R. 4451-6.


II.-Le travailleur mentionné au I peut être affecté à des travaux l’exposant aux rayonnements ionisants dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 4451-94.
