Article R4451-135 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall make available to the radiation protection inspectors referred to in Article L. 1333-29 of the Public Health Code, to the agents referred to in Article L. 1333-30 of the same Code and to the agents of the prevention departments of the social security bodies all the information and documents relating to radiation protection to which the Labour Inspection inspector referred to in Article L. 8112-1 has access.

L’employeur tient à la disposition des inspecteurs de la radioprotection mentionnés à l’article L. 1333-29 du code de la santé publique, des agents mentionnés à l’article L. 1333-30 du même code et des agents des services de prévention des organismes de sécurité sociale l’ensemble des informations et documents relatifs à la radioprotection auxquels a accès l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail mentionné à l’article L. 8112-1.
