When carrying out the risk assessment, the employer shall in particular take into consideration:
1° The inventory of ionising radiation sources provided for in Article R. 1333-158 of the Public Health Code;
2° The nature of the sources of ionising radiation, the type of radiation as well as the level and duration of exposure and, where applicable, the methods of dispersion and incorporation of radionuclides;
3° Information on emission levels provided by the supplier or manufacturer of ionising radiation sources;
4° Information on the nature and emission levels of cosmic radiation at flight altitudes of aircraft and spacecraft;
5° The exposure limit values laid down in articles R. 4451-6, R. 4451-7 and R. 4451-8 ;
6° The reference level for radon set in article R. 4451-10 as well as the radon potential of the zones mentioned in article R. 1333-29 of the Public Health Code and the results of any measurements of radon activity concentration in the air already carried out;
7° Exemptions from the authorisation, registration or declaration procedures provided for in article R. 1333-106 of the Public Health Code;
8° The existence of collective protection equipment, in particular biological protection means, ventilation or collection installations, making it possible to reduce the level of exposure to ionising radiation or likely to be used to replace existing equipment;
9° Reasonably foreseeable incidents inherent in the work process or the work carried out;
10° Information provided by the health professionals mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 4624-1 concerning the monitoring of the state of health of workers for this type of exposure;
11° Any impact on the health and safety of pregnant women and unborn children or nursing mothers and workers under the age of 18;
12° The interaction with other risks of physical, chemical, biological or organisational origin at the workplace;
13° The possibility that the undertaking’s activity may be affected by the provisions of section 12 of this chapter;
14° Information provided by the representative of the State on the risk incurred by the population and on the measures implemented to ensure the management of contaminated areas in the event of a situation of long-term exposure as referred to in 6° of Article R. 4451-1.
