Article R4451-37 of the French Labour Code

When a charterer makes an aircraft and its crew available to a charterer, unless otherwise stipulated in the commercial agreements drawn up under article R. 330-9 of the French Civil Aviation Code, dosimetric monitoring is the responsibility of the charterer and the charterer provides the charterer with all the information required for this purpose.

Lorsqu’un fréteur met à disposition d’un affréteur un aéronef et son équipage, sauf disposition contraire prévue dans le cadre des accords commerciaux établis au titre de l’ article R. 330-9 du code de l’aviation civile , la surveillance dosimétrique relève de la responsabilité du fréteur et l’affréteur lui communique toutes les informations nécessaires à cet effet.
