The employer shall ensure that the worker concerned:
1° Has given his agreement to carry out this work;
2° Has the benefit of all the appropriate means of protection;
3° Is classified as category A;
4° Has not received, in the previous twelve months, a dose in excess of one of the limit values laid down in Article R. 4451-6 ;
5° Has no medical contraindication;
6° Has received training in the risks associated with the work to be carried out in the exceptional circumstances provided for in Article R. 4451-89.
