At the end of the exposure situations provided for in sub-section 1, during the period in which the dose received remains above one of the limit values set in Article R. 4451-6 and by way of derogation from the provisions of this Article, the worker may be assigned to work exposing him to ionising radiation subject to :
1° The issue of a new prior fitness certificate attesting to the absence of any medical contraindication to such work;
2° The prior agreement of the worker concerned who has received, from the occupational physician, information as provided for in 4° of article R. 4624-24;
3° His classification in category A.
The effective dose likely to be received over the next five years, including the dose received as a result of the excess, does not exceed 100 millisieverts.
The employer informs the social and economic committee.
