I – The employer shall identify any worker likely to be involved in a radiological emergency.
II.-After consulting the occupational physician, the employer shall assign the worker referred to in I:
1° To the “first group”, when the effective dose linked to occupational exposure due to the actions mentioned in article R. 4451-96 is likely to exceed 20 millisieverts during the radiological emergency;
2° To the “second group” when the worker does not come under the first group and the effective dose is likely to exceed 1 millisievert during the radiological emergency.
III – The employer draws up and keeps up to date a list of these assignments, in liaison with the occupational physician.
