Article R4461-13-1 of the French Labour Code

In order to ensure the traceability of any exposure to the risks inherent in the work carried out under the conditions mentioned in Article R. 4461-1, the employer shall keep the original of the safety sheet and provide each worker who took part in the work with a copy of this sheet.

The employer shall forward to the occupational health service, at the latest on the occasion of the visits and examinations carried out as part of the reinforced individual monitoring of the worker’s state of health provided for in article R. 4624-22, the information mentioned on the copy of the safety record which has been given to him. The information is sent by any means that provides a date of receipt.

Afin d’assurer la traçabilité de toute exposition aux risques inhérents au travail accompli dans les conditions mentionnées à l’article R. 4461-1, l’employeur conserve l’original de la fiche de sécurité et remet à chaque travailleur ayant pris part à l’intervention un exemplaire de cette fiche.

L’employeur transmet au service de santé au travail, au plus tard à l’occasion des visites et examens réalisés au titre du suivi individuel renforcé de l’état de santé du travailleur prévu à l’article R. 4624-22, les informations mentionnées sur l’exemplaire de la fiche de sécurité qui lui a été remis. La transmission est effectuée par tout moyen donnant date certaine à la réception.
