Article R4461-34 of the French Labour Code

All modifications relating to 2°, 3° and 4° of II of article R. 4461-32 are subject to prior authorisation after being sent to the competent administrative authority by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Silence on the part of the competent administrative authority for a period of thirty days from the date of issue of the acknowledgement of receipt of the registered letter shall constitute acceptance of these modifications.

Modifications relating to 1° of II of Article R. 4461-32 are subject to an annual declaration.

Article R4461-34

Toutes les modifications portant sur les 2°,3° et 4° du II de l’article R. 4461-32 sont subordonnées à une autorisation préalable après avoir été transmises à l’autorité administrative compétente par pli recommandé avec demande d’avis de réception. Le silence gardé par l’autorité administrative compétente pendant un délai de trente jours à compter de la date de délivrance de l’accusé de réception du pli recommandé vaut acceptation de ces modifications.

Les modifications portant sur le 1° du II de l’article R. 4461-32 font l’objet d’une déclaration annuelle.
