Article R4524-5 of the French Labour Code

The inter-company occupational health and safety committee is made up of the chairman of each of the social and economic committees concerned and employee representatives, with one full member and one alternate member.
Its members are appointed from among its members by the staff delegation of each of the committees.

Le comité interentreprises de santé et de sécurité au travail est composé du président de chacun des comités social et économique concernés et de représentants des salariés, à raison d’un membre titulaire et d’un membre suppléant.
