Self-employed workers or employers working directly on a building or civil engineering site, when carrying out operations on or near electrical installations, have a level of knowledge of the risks associated with electricity and of the measures to be taken to intervene safely equivalent to that of the workers to whom these operations are entrusted.

Les travailleurs indépendants ou les employeurs qui exercent directement une activité sur un chantier de bâtiment et de génie civil, lorsqu’ils effectuent des opérations sur les installations électriques ou dans leur voisinage, ont un niveau de connaissance des risques liés à l’électricité et des mesures à prendre pour intervenir en sécurité équivalant à celui des travailleurs auxquels sont confiées ces opérations.
