Article R4535-3 of the French Labour Code

For work in the vicinity of electrical lines, pipes and installations, the self-employed worker may follow the procedure laid down in Article R. 4534-117, subject to compliance with the requirements of 2° to 4° of the same Article.
He shall follow the procedure laid down in Article R. 4534-128, subject to compliance with the requirements of 2° to 4° of the same Article.

Article R4535-3

Pour les travaux au voisinage de lignes, canalisations et installations électriques, le travailleur indépendant peut suivre la procédure prévue à l’article R. 4534-117, sous réserve de respecter les prescriptions des 2° à 4° du même article.
Il suit la procédure prévue à l’article R. 4534-128 en respectant les prescriptions des 2° à 4° du même article.
