When they are exposed or likely to be exposed to hazardous chemical agents which are carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic to reproduction, self-employed workers and employers who work directly on a building or civil engineering site are subject to the following provisions relating to the risks of exposure to carcinogenic, mutagenic and toxic to reproduction agents:
1° Scope and definitions provided for in articles R. 4412-59 to R. 4412-60 ;
2° Risk assessment provided for in articles R. 4412-61 to R. 4412-65 with the exception of the first paragraph of article R. 4412-64 ;
3° Preventive measures and means provided for in articles R. 4412-66 to R. 4412-75 with the exception of the second paragraph of article R. 4412-70 ;
4° Measures to be taken in the event of accidents or incidents provided for in articles R. 4412-83 to R. 4412-85.
They are also subject to the following provisions relating to the risks of exposure to hazardous chemical agents:
1° Scope and definitions provided for in articles R. 4412-1 to R. 4412-4 ;
2° Measures and steps to be taken against the dangers arising from the chemical and physico-chemical properties of chemical agents provided for in articles R. 4412-7 and R. 4412-18 ;
3° Checks on collective protection equipment and installations provided for in articles R. 4412-23 to R. 4412-26 ;
4° Measures in the event of an accident or incident provided for in articles R. 4412-33 to R. 4412-37 ;
5° Medical surveillance provided for in articles R. 4412-44 to R. 4412-57.
