The head of the company carrying out the work must organise the work in such a way as to ensure the safety and health of the workers carrying it out.

To this end, he must take the appropriate preventive measures to avoid any risk to workers and other exposed persons that may result from the neutralisation of protective devices.

Le chef de l’entreprise intervenante organise les interventions ou travaux de manière à assurer la sécurité et à préserver la santé des travailleurs qui les effectuent.

A ce titre, il prend les mesures de prévention appropriées en vue d’éviter tout risque pouvant résulter, pour les travailleurs et les autres personnes exposées, de l’éventuelle neutralisation des dispositifs de protection.
