A notice of fine and a payment card, the model for which is set by order of the Minister of Justice, shall be given to the offender when one of the offences provided for in article R. 49-8-5.
The notice mentions the amount of the reduced fixed fine, the time allowed to pay it and the person or service with whom payment must be made.
It also mentions the procedure applicable in the event of non-payment of the fixed fine, in particular the time limit and procedures for the request provided for in the first paragraph of article 529-2, the amount of the fixed fine that the offender must pay as well as the amount of the increased fixed fine that will be payable by the offender in the event of non-payment of the fixed fine or failure to submit a request within the time limit.
When the documents mentioned in the previous paragraphs cannot be given to the offender, they are sent to the holder of the registration certificate.
The provisions of the third paragraph of I and those of II of Article R. 49-1 are applicable.
