The public prosecutor who registers the person in the file pursuant to 1° to 4° of article 706-25-4, or the examining magistrate pursuant to 5° of article 706-25-4, shall at the same time register the person in the wanted persons file pursuant to the eleventh paragraph of article 706-25-7.
Le procureur de la République qui inscrit la personne au fichier en application des 1° à 4° de l’article 706-25-4, ou le juge d’instruction en application du 5° de l’article 706-25-4, procède dans le même temps à son inscription au fichier des personnes recherchées en application du onzième alinéa de l’article 706-25-7.
