Article R50-70 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In order to examine the situation of a person sentenced to a penalty for which the judicial measure for the prevention of terrorist recidivism and reintegration is incurred, the anti-terrorist public prosecutor asks the head of the prison and the sentence enforcement judge competent to take decisions concerning this person to send him/her information concerning his/her criminal, personal, social and family situation. Decisions and reports relating to measures to promote reintegration from which the person concerned may have benefited while serving his or her sentence are also sent to him or her.

Afin d’examiner la situation de la personne condamnée à une peine pour laquelle la mesure judiciaire de prévention de la récidive terroriste et de réinsertion est encourue, le procureur de la République antiterroriste demande au chef d’établissement pénitentiaire et au juge de l’application des peines compétent pour prendre les décisions concernant cette personne de lui transmettre les éléments concernant sa situation pénale, personnelle, sociale et familiale. Les décisions et rapports relatifs aux mesures de nature à favoriser la réinsertion dont la personne concernée a pu bénéficier pendant l’exécution de sa peine lui sont aussi adressés.
