Where the application for registration concerns a herbal substance, a herbal preparation or a combination thereof included in the list drawn up for use in traditional herbal medicinal products by the Commission of the European Communities pursuant to Article 16f of Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 6 November 2001 on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use, the applicant is exempt from providing the data mentioned in 5°, 6° and 16° of Article R. 5121-107-4.

Lorsque la demande d’enregistrement concerne une substance végétale, une préparation à base de plantes ou une association de celles-ci inscrites sur la liste établie en vue de leur utilisation dans des médicaments traditionnels à base de plantes par la Commission des Communautés européennes en application de l’article 16 septies de la directive 2001 / 83 / CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 6 novembre 2001 instituant un code communautaire relatif aux médicaments à usage humain, le demandeur est dispensé de fournir les données mentionnées aux 5°, 6° et 16° de l’article R. 5121-107-4.
