Article R5121-146-3 of the French Public Health Code

Ampoules or other small primary packaging on which it is impossible to include all the information provided for in Article R. 5121-146-2 may bear only the information provided for in a, c, d and h of 1° of Article R. 5121-146-2, in a, b and c of 2° of the same article, as well as :

1° Where the preparation contains up to three active substances, the common name or names ;

2° The route of administration if the product is intended to be administered directly to the patient. For preparations which are not intended to be administered directly to the patient and which are used to make other preparations, the label must include, in a red box and in red lettering, the words: “Do not administer” and the instructions for use;

3° The name and postcode of the in-house pharmacy or pharmacy dispensing the preparation.

Les ampoules ou autres petits conditionnements primaires sur lesquels il est impossible de mentionner l’ensemble des indications prévues à l’article R. 5121-146-2 peuvent ne porter que les indications prévues aux a, c, d, et h du 1° de l’article R. 5121-146-2, aux a, b et c du 2° du même article ainsi que :

1° Lorsque la préparation contient jusqu’à trois substances actives, la ou les dénominations communes ;

2° La voie d’administration si le produit est destiné à être administré directement au patient. Pour les préparations qui ne sont pas destinées à être administrées directement au patient et qui sont utilisées pour la réalisation d’autres préparations, l’étiquette comporte dans un encadré rouge et en caractères rouges la mention : ” Ne pas administrer ” ainsi que les modalités d’utilisation ;

3° Le nom et le code postal de la pharmacie à usage intérieur ou de l’officine ayant dispensé la préparation.
