Article R5121-208 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to the provisions of Chapter III of Title III of Book V of the Environment Code, the provisions of Articles R. 1243-34 to R. 1243-38 are applicable to the conditions for authorisation of gene therapy preparations and xenogenic cell therapy preparations, with the exception, for gene therapy preparations, of obtaining the opinion of the Agence de la biomédecine provided for in Article R. 1243-34. For the application of these articles, the authorisation for these preparations is that mentioned in article R. 5121-207.

Sans préjudice des dispositions du chapitre III du titre III du livre V du code de l’environnement, les dispositions des articles R. 1243-34 à R. 1243-38 sont applicables aux conditions d’autorisation des préparations de thérapie génique et des préparations de thérapie cellulaire xénogénique, à l’exception, pour les préparations de thérapie génique, du recueil de l’avis de l’Agence de la biomédecine prévu à l’article R. 1243-34. Pour l’application de ces articles, l’autorisation de ces préparations est celle mentionnée à l’article R. 5121-207.
