Article R5122-10 of the French Public Health Code

When a medicinal product is subject to the restricted prescription conditions laid down in section 8 of chapter I of this title, it may only be advertised to prescribers authorised to draw up the prescription and to pharmacists practising in establishments capable of dispensing the medicinal product.

Lorsqu’un médicament est soumis aux conditions de prescription restreinte prévues à la section 8 du chapitre Ier du présent titre, la publicité ne peut être effectuée qu’auprès des prescripteurs habilités à établir la prescription et des pharmaciens exerçant dans des structures susceptibles de délivrer le médicament.
