Article R5124-18 of the French Public Health Code

The pharmacist in charge and the interim pharmacist in charge of the companies or organisations mentioned in 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 10°, 11°, 12°, 13°, 14° and 15° of article R. 5124-2 provide proof of at least six months’ practical experience in a pharmaceutical establishment of a company or organisation mentioned in the same article;

The pharmacist delegates and interim delegates of the organisations mentioned in 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 10°, 11°, 12°, 13°, 14° and 15° of article R. 5124-2 provide proof of at least six months’ practical experience in a pharmaceutical establishment, a pharmacy dispensary or a pharmacy for internal use;

For the appointment of pharmacists responsible for the pharmaceutical establishments of the health supply establishments of the armed forces health service not carrying out import activities, practical experience within the health supply establishments during the period prior to the granting of authorisations to open the said establishments is taken into account.

Except for the pharmacist in charge and the acting pharmacist in charge, the experience mentioned in this article may be acquired as part of their training for holders of a postgraduate diploma included on a list drawn up by order of the ministers responsible for higher education and health.

Le pharmacien responsable et le pharmacien responsable intérimaire des entreprises ou organismes mentionnés aux 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 10°, 11°, 12°, 13°, 14° et 15° de l’article R. 5124-2 justifient d’une expérience pratique d’au moins six mois dans un établissement pharmaceutique d’une entreprise ou d’un organisme mentionné au même article ;

Les pharmaciens délégués et délégués intérimaires des organismes mentionnés aux 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 10°, 11°, 12°, 13°, 14° et 15° de l’article R. 5124-2 justifient d’une expérience pratique d’au moins six mois dans un établissement pharmaceutique, une officine de pharmacie ou une pharmacie à usage intérieur ;

Pour la désignation des pharmaciens délégués des établissements pharmaceutiques des établissements de ravitaillement sanitaire du service de santé des armées n’exerçant pas d’activité d’importation, l’expérience pratique au sein des établissements de ravitaillement sanitaire pendant la période précédant l’octroi des autorisations d’ouverture desdits établissements est prise en compte.

Sauf pour le pharmacien responsable et le pharmacien responsable intérimaire, l’expérience mentionnée au présent article peut être acquise dans le cadre de leur formation pour les titulaires d’un diplôme de troisième cycle figurant sur une liste établie par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’enseignement supérieur et de la santé.
