Article R5124-35 of the French Public Health Code

Within one month of its implementation, the company or organisation informs the Director General of the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé, via a dedicated internet portal, of the appointment of a new responsible pharmacist as defined in Article L. 5124-2.

The company or organisation shall send the competent central council of the national order of pharmacists, unless the person concerned is a pharmacist covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the defence code, a copy of any document appointing the pharmacist in charge and the interim pharmacist(s) in charge as defined in articles R. 5124-23 to R. 5124-28-1 and setting out his or her remit.

Article R5124-35

L’entreprise ou l’organisme informe, dans le mois qui suit sa mise en œuvre, au moyen d’un portail internet dédié, le directeur général de l’Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé de la désignation d’un nouveau pharmacien responsable défini à l’article L. 5124-2.

L’entreprise ou l’organisme adresse au conseil central compétent de l’ordre national des pharmaciens, sauf si l’intéressé est un pharmaciens relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense, copie de tout acte portant désignation du pharmacien responsable et du ou des pharmaciens responsables intérimaires définis aux articles R. 5124-23 à R. 5124-28-1 et fixant ses attributions.
