Article R5124-68 of the French Public Health Code

In order to carry out the activities listed in the first paragraph of article L. 5124-1, within the limits defined by the present section, public health establishments which meet the condition set out in article L. 5124-9, create one or more pharmaceutical establishments within their walls, by decision of their board of directors. They must obtain the authorisation referred to in article L. 5124-3 for these establishments.

Subject to the provisions of this section, the pharmaceutical establishments mentioned in the first paragraph are subject to the rules of this code applicable to pharmaceutical establishments.

Article R5124-68

Pour exercer les activités énumérées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 5124-1, dans les limites définies par la présente section, les établissements publics de santé qui remplissent la condition énoncée à l’article L. 5124-9, créent en leur sein, par délibération de leur conseil d’administration, un ou plusieurs établissements pharmaceutiques. Ils doivent obtenir pour ces établissements l’autorisation mentionnée à l’article L. 5124-3.

Sous réserve des dispositions de la présente section, les établissements pharmaceutiques mentionnés au premier alinéa sont soumis aux règles du présent code applicables aux établissements pharmaceutiques.
