Article R5125-15 of the French Public Health Code

A société d’exercice libéral de pharmaciens d’officine is formed subject to the condition precedent that it is entered on the roll of the ordre under the conditions set out in articles R. 4222-1 et seq.

In the event of the formation of a société d’exercice libéral by way of merger or demerger or resulting from a change in the legal form of the company, it is subject to the provisions of the previous paragraph.

Article R5125-15

La société d’exercice libéral de pharmaciens d’officine est constituée sous la condition suspensive de son inscription au tableau de l’ordre dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 4222-1 et suivants.

En cas de constitution d’une société d’exercice libéral par voie de fusion ou de scission ou résultant d’une modification de la forme juridique de la société, celle-ci est soumise aux dispositions de l’alinéa précédent.
