Article R5125-24-7 of the French Public Health Code

The société de participations financières de profession libérale de pharmaciens d’officine shall inform the director general of the regional health agency, in whose area of jurisdiction the registered office of the company is located, and the president of the competent professional body, within thirty days of the date on which the change occurs, of any change in the situation declared in application of articles R. 5125-24-3 and R. 5125-24-4, together with the supporting documents.

La société de participations financières de profession libérale de pharmaciens d’officine fait connaître au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, dans le ressort de laquelle est situé le siège de la société, et au président du conseil de l’ordre compétent, dans un délai de trente jours à compter de la date à laquelle il se produit, tout changement dans la situation déclarée en application des articles R. 5125-24-3 et R. 5125-24-4, avec les pièces justificatives.
