The following may be authorised to have an in-house pharmacy under the conditions laid down in this chapter:
1° Health establishments, holders of authorisation for home hospitalisation, army hospitals, the Institution nationale des invalides and health cooperation groups;
2° Cosmetic surgery facilities meeting the conditions laid down in article L. 6322-1 ;
3° The following medico-social establishments and services:
a) Establishments providing accommodation for the elderly under the conditions laid down in 6° of I of article L. 312-1 of the Code de l’Action Sociale et des Familles;
b) Establishments providing accommodation for disabled minors or adults as mentioned in 2° and 7° of the same article;
c) The structures known as “health care drop-in beds” and “medical reception beds” mentioned in 9° of the same article;
4° The social and medico-social cooperation groups mentioned in article L. 312-7 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles and made up of at least one establishment or service mentioned in 3° ;
5° The fire and rescue services mentioned in article R. 1424-1 of the General Local Authorities Code, the Marseilles marine fire brigade mentioned in article R. 2513-5 of the same code and the Paris fire brigade mentioned in article R. 1321-19 of the Defence Code;
6° The Armed Forces Central Pharmacy.
