I.-In application of the second paragraph of I of article L. 5126-4, any changes to the information contained in the authorisation referred to in article R. 5126-75, which do not fall within the scope of II, must be declared in advance to the director general of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction by the chairman of the board of directors of the fire and rescue service. This declaration must be sent by any means that provides a date certain for receipt of the information.
The declaration must be accompanied by a file containing, among the information listed in article R. 5126-74, information enabling the director general of the regional health agency to assess the nature and importance of the change or changes requested.
The provisions of the third, fourth and fifth paragraphs of I of article R. 5126-32 are applicable to pharmacies for internal use in the fire and rescue services.
II. – Substantial changes to the fire and rescue service authorisation are subject to a prior declaration to the director general of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction.Substantial changes to the initial authorisation referred to in Article R. 5126-75 are subject to authorisation by the Director General of the regional health agency with territorial jurisdiction.
The provisions of the second to eighth paragraphs of II of Article R. 5126-32 are applicable to pharmacies for internal use in the fire and rescue services.
