Article R5127-5 of the French Public Health Code

A sample shall give rise, on the spot, to the drafting of :

– as part of an inspection carried out under the conditions laid down in articles L. 1421-1 to L. 1421-3, article L. 5127-2 or article L. 5313-3, a report ;

– as part of a procedure to investigate and establish criminal offences under the conditions set out in article L. 5412-1 or articles L. 5411-1 to L. 5411-3, a report.

Article R5127-5

Un prélèvement donne lieu, séance tenante, à la rédaction :

– dans le cadre d’un contrôle effectué dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 1421-1 à L. 1421-3, à l’article L. 5127-2 ou à l’article L. 5313-3, d’un rapport ;

– dans le cadre d’une procédure de recherche et de constatation d’infractions pénales dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 5412-1 ou aux articles L. 5411-1 à L. 5411-3, d’un procès-verbal.
