Article R513-10-15 of the French Public Health Code

Any person wishing to obtain the information provided for in the previous article shall submit a request by post to the address mentioned in 6° of article R. 513-10-5 or by fax or electronically to the contact details mentioned in 9° of the same article, specifying in particular the name of the product, its brand and, where applicable, its colour.

The manufacturer or the person responsible for placing the product on the market must respond to this request within three weeks of receipt. It keeps all requests and responses for a period of five years.

Toute personne qui souhaite obtenir les informations prévues à l’article précédent en fait la demande par voie postale à l’adresse mentionnée au 6° de l’article R. 513-10-5 ou par télécopie ou par voie électronique aux coordonnées mentionnées au 9° du même article, en précisant notamment le nom du produit, sa marque et, le cas échéant, sa teinte.

Le fabricant ou le responsable de la mise sur le marché du produit répond à cette demande dans un délai de trois semaines à compter de sa réception. Il conserve toutes les demandes et les réponses pendant une période de cinq ans.
