The responsible person shall ensure that the information referred to in Article 21 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products is easily accessible to the public by appropriate means.
It shall send this information by any means giving a date certain, within three weeks of receipt of the request.
La personne responsable veille à rendre facilement accessible au public par des moyens appropriés les informations mentionnées à l’article 21 du règlement (CE) n° 1223/2009 du Parlement européen et du Conseil, du 30 novembre 2009, relatif aux produits cosmétiques.
Elle adresse ces informations par tout moyen conférant date certaine, dans un délai de trois semaines à compter de la réception de la demande.
